Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Expert Health Agents covering your access to this website, the public agent directory, and the agent portal. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the platform is

Expert Health Agents is a professional directory that helps clients discover licensed healthcare agents and helps agents publish a professional profile.

We are not an insurance company, agency, broker, or plan issuer. We do not sell insurance, quote plans, enroll anyone in coverage, or receive commissions on policies. We are not affiliated with Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any government program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Agent accounts may only be created by individuals who hold a valid, active license in the states where they represent themselves as licensed.

Client use of the directory

You agree to use the directory for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when contacting an agent.

• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit an inquiry on someone else's behalf without permission
• Do not scrape, crawl, resell, or republish agent listings or profile content
• Do not submit false, incentivized, or misleading reviews
• Do not use the site to send marketing, recruiting, or solicitation messages to agents
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use

Agent accounts and profiles

Agents are responsible for everything published on their profile and for keeping it accurate.

• Provide truthful information about your licenses, credentials, services, and states served
• Only upload photos, logos, and video you own or are licensed to use
• Follow all insurance advertising, marketing, and disclosure rules that apply to you, including CMS marketing rules where relevant
• Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly, or update your profile if you are not accepting new clients

Verification badges

A verification badge means we reviewed specific information at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of current licensure, quality of advice, or suitability for your situation. Always confirm an agent's license status with your state department of insurance before acting on their guidance.

Reviews and user content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the agent. We may remove content that is defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, off-topic, or that contains personal health details or other people's private information.

By submitting content, you grant Expert Health Agents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You keep ownership of what you submit.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information only. Nothing here is insurance, medical, legal, or tax advice, and no client-agent relationship is created by browsing the directory or sending an inquiry. Coverage decisions should be made with a licensed professional who has reviewed your specific circumstances.

Relationship with agents

Agents are independent professionals, not our employees or representatives. Any agreement, engagement, quote, application, or policy is strictly between you and the agent or carrier. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services an agent provides.

Intellectual property

The Expert Health Agents name, logo, site design, and original content are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from them without written permission. Agent-supplied content remains the property of the agent.

Third-party links and services

Profiles may link to agent websites, scheduling tools, videos, and social accounts operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may limit or remove listings or accounts that violate these terms. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Health Agents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on directory content or on services provided by an agent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Expert Health Agents harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect other users or the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
